the hotel's location was convenient with many restaurants, shops, and a park nearby. the room we stayed in was cozy and comfortable, making us feel at home. the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the breakfast was quite satisfying. We particularly enjoyed the views from the higher floors and the opportunity to organize a short trip to a nearby nature paradise.
One minor issue that we faced was with the upkeep of the bathroom, which could have been slightly improved.

The location was also a huge plus as it was close to the city center and had easy access to nearby parks and lakes. The bathroom in our room could have been better maintained and lacked some basic amenities. During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I enjoyed the fact that they had a very cozy and comfortable room. The breakfast they served was also quite good and the location was very convenient, with many nice restaurants and shops nearby. the views of the park and lake from the hotel were stunning!
Our experience was ruined by poor bathroom upkeep. The shower had mold and mildew that made it uncomfortable to use, and the sink was clogged, causing water to back up and flood the bathroom.
